Shipping Policy

Effective Date: March 7, 2026. Applies to orders shipped within the United States. This policy covers order processing, shipping timelines, tracking, address responsibility, delivery issues, and fraud-related order holds.

Shipping Questions

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Processing time is separate from transit time. Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery timing depends on the carrier, destination, and other factors outside our control.

Orders may be delayed for reasons including payment review, fraud screening, address verification, severe weather, high order volume, carrier disruptions, or inventory confirmation.

2. Free Standard Shipping

Combat Supply Co. offers Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders unless otherwise stated.

No minimum purchase is required.

Shipping upgrades may not always be available.

3. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Estimated transit times after shipment are:

Standard U.S. Shipping: 3-7 business days.

Alaska & Hawaii: 5-10 business days.

These delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, fulfillment constraints, or other events outside our control.

4. Multi-Location Fulfillment

Orders may ship from multiple authorized warehouses, vendors, or distribution partners.

As a result, items in the same order may arrive separately.

Shipments may arrive on different days.

Separate packages do not result in added shipping charges to you unless clearly disclosed before checkout.

5. Tracking Information

Tracking availability depends on the carrier and fulfillment source.

If tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address associated with your order once it is provided to us or generated by the fulfillment source.

6. Address Accuracy and Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for entering and reviewing accurate shipping information before submitting an order.

If you use a customer account, saved address book, or auto-filled checkout information, you are responsible for confirming that the selected shipping address, recipient name, phone number, and any other delivery details are current and correct at checkout.

Combat Supply Co. is not responsible for shipping delays, failed delivery, returned packages, or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable address information provided by the customer, including saved account information used during checkout.

If a package is returned due to address error, undeliverable address, or refusal of delivery, shipping costs and other reasonable related charges may be deducted from any refund where permitted by law and applicable policy.

7. Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows a package as Delivered but you did not receive it, you should verify the shipping address used for the order.

Check around the delivery location.

Check with neighbors, household members, leasing offices, or front desks.

Contact the carrier directly.

Allow 24-48 hours in case of a premature delivery scan.

If the package is still missing, contact us within 48 hours of the marked delivery time.

Orders marked delivered by the carrier are generally considered fulfilled. Replacements, reshipments, refunds, or credits are not guaranteed and may be limited or denied in cases of repeated claims, unverifiable reports, or suspected abuse.

8. Damaged Packages in Transit

If your order arrives visibly damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number.

Please include photos of the item.

Please include photos of the packaging.

Please include a photo of the shipping label.

If the issue is confirmed, we will determine an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, exchange, refund, or other support.

9. Fraud Prevention and Order Holds

To protect our customers and business, we reserve the right to review, hold, or cancel orders flagged for suspected fraud, unusual activity, payment verification issues, or other risk indicators.

Additional verification may be required before shipment.

If requested verification is not completed in a reasonable time, the order may be delayed or canceled.

10. Shipping and Returns Relationship

Return eligibility is based on the carrier-reported delivery timestamp.

Shipping timelines, carrier delays, split shipments, or delayed opening of a package do not extend the return or exchange eligibility window unless required by law or approved by CSC in writing.

Returns, exchanges, refunds, and store credit are governed by the applicable posted return-related policies in effect at the time of the request.

11. Domestic Shipping Only

Combat Supply Co. currently ships within the United States only, unless we clearly state otherwise.
