Order help
I didn’t receive an order confirmation email.
Check spam/promotions first. If you still don’t see it, message us with your name and the email you used at checkout — we’ll confirm your order.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Possibly — contact us ASAP with your order # and the updated address. If the order has already shipped, we may be limited by the carrier.
My tracking says delivered, but I don’t have it.
Verify the shipping address used for the order, check around your delivery location, and check with neighbors or household members. Allow 24–48 hours in case of an early delivery scan. If it is still missing, contact us within 48 hours of the marked delivery time.
What if my package is delayed?
Carrier delays happen. If your tracking hasn’t updated for several days, send us your order # and tracking number and we’ll help you troubleshoot.
Returns & exchanges
How do returns work?
Eligible returns and exchanges may be requested within 45 days of delivery. Send us a message with your order #, the item involved, and whether you want a refund or exchange. Do not ship items back until you receive return instructions.
What condition does an item need to be in?
Items must be unused, unwashed, free of wear, in original packaging with all included parts and accessories, and free of odor, stains, residue, pet hair, damage, or other signs of use.
Are any items non-returnable?
Yes. Opened mouthguards, opened groin protectors or protective cups, opened compression or undergarment-style items, and Final Sale or Clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Who pays return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping for change-of-mind, sizing, or misordered items. If the issue is due to our error or a confirmed defect, we will work with you to cover shipping where appropriate.
My item arrived damaged or defective.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order # plus photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. After shipment, standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days in the contiguous U.S. and 5–10 business days for Alaska and Hawaii.
Do you ship internationally?
No. Combat Supply Co. currently ships within the United States only.
