Where’s my order? (fast checklist)
  1. Check your confirmation email (also spam/promotions).
  2. If you have tracking, check the latest carrier scan.
  3. If your address needs updating, contact support as soon as possible.
  4. If tracking hasn’t updated in a while, contact us with your order #.
I didn’t receive an order confirmation. What should I do?

First, check spam/promotions and search your inbox for “Combat Supply Co”. If you still don’t see it, reach out with the email you used at checkout and your name.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to update it. Send your order number and the new address as soon as possible.

My tracking says delivered, but I don’t have the package.

Verify the shipping address, check around the delivery location, and check with neighbors, household members, building staff, or the carrier. Allow 24–48 hours in case of an early delivery scan. If it is still missing, contact us within 48 hours of the marked delivery time.

Shipping delays (what to do)
  1. Check the latest tracking scan — carrier delays happen.
  2. If there are no updates for multiple days, contact us with your order # and tracking.
  3. If the carrier requests action (address verification), contact us right away.
How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CT, on weekends, or on holidays are treated as received the next business day. After shipment, standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days in the contiguous U.S. and 5–10 business days for Alaska and Hawaii.

Processing time is separate from transit time, and delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Do you ship internationally?

No. Combat Supply Co. currently ships within the United States only.

What if my package is delayed?

Carrier delays can happen. If tracking hasn’t updated for several days, contact us with your order number and tracking link so we can help.

Shipping notes
  • Order cutoff time is 2:00 PM CT Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Processing time is separate from transit time.
  • Tracking updates can lag by 24–48 hours.
  • Weather and carrier volume can cause delays.
  • Orders may arrive in separate packages if items ship from different fulfillment facilities.

Returns & Exchanges

  1. Make sure the item is unused, unwashed, free of wear, and in original packaging with all included parts and accessories.
  2. Have your order # and checkout email ready.
  3. Tell us whether you prefer a refund or exchange.
  4. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, include photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
  5. Do not ship items back until you receive return instructions from us.
What items are eligible for return?

Eligible returns and exchanges may be requested within 45 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, free of wear, in original packaging with all included parts and accessories, and free of odor, stains, residue, pet hair, damage, or other signs of use.

Are any items non-returnable?

Yes. We do not accept returns or exchanges for opened mouthguards, opened groin protectors or protective cups, opened compression or undergarment-style items, or any Final Sale or Clearance item.

Who pays return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping for change-of-mind, sizing, or misordered items. If the issue is due to our error or a confirmed defect, we will work with you to cover shipping where appropriate.

How do exchanges work?

You can request an exchange for another size or color when available, or apply the return value toward a different product. If the new item costs more, you pay the difference. If it costs less, the difference may be refunded or issued as store credit.

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order # plus photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

Which gloves should I buy for bag work vs sparring?

Bag gloves are typically more compact and built for impact durability. Sparring gloves prioritize padding distribution for safer rounds. If you tell us your training split, we can recommend the right option.

How do I choose the right size?

Most gear is sized by weight class or fit preference. If you share your height/weight and what you’re buying (gloves, shin guards, headgear), we’ll point you to the right size.
