Returns & Exchanges
Effective Date: March 7, 2026. Applies to orders shipped within the United States unless otherwise stated. This policy covers eligibility, inspections, refunds, Combat Supply Credit, exclusions, verification, and how to start a return or exchange.
1. Our 45-Day Guarantee
Combat Supply Co. stands behind the gear we sell. If it is not right, we will work to make it right quickly and fairly.
You may request a return or exchange within 45 days of delivery, based on the carrier-delivered timestamp.
To be eligible, returned items must be unused, unwashed, and free of wear.
Items must be in original packaging with all included parts and accessories.
Items must be free of odors, chalk or tape residue, pet hair, stains, damage, or other signs of use.
We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges that do not meet these standards.
2. Your Choice After Inspection
Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, you may choose one of the following:
Option A - 100% Refund: Refunded to the original payment method. Refund amount equals the item price paid, including discounts applied at the time of purchase. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
Option B - 110% Combat Supply Credit: Receive 110% of the item price paid, excluding shipping, as Combat Supply Credit.
Credit is issued as a Square digital gift card or store credit.
Credit may be used on eligible items at CombatSupplyCo.com.
Credit is not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
3. 110% Credit Guardrails
To keep the 110% credit option fair and sustainable, the return must be approved and the item must be in resellable condition.
The 110% option is limited to one approved return per customer every 12 months.
Final Sale / Clearance and hygiene-restricted items are excluded.
Credit is issued only after the returned item is received and passes inspection.
Credit expires 12 months after issuance unless otherwise required by law.
We reserve the right to deny the 110% option in cases of abuse, repeated misuse, fraud, excessive return activity, account manipulation, or policy violations.
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges within 45 days of delivery for eligible unused items.
You may request a standard exchange for the same item in a different size or color, where available.
You may also request exchange credit to apply the value of your returned item toward a different product.
If the new item costs more, you are responsible for paying the difference.
If the new item costs less, you may receive either a refund of the difference to the original payment method or store credit for the difference.
The 110% bonus applies only when you choose Combat Supply Credit after return inspection approval. It does not automatically apply to every exchange.
5. Account Information and Verification
If you use a customer account, saved address book, or stored profile information, you are responsible for making sure your contact and shipping information is current and correct when requesting a return, exchange, reshipment, or replacement.
To protect customers and help prevent fraud, we may require reasonable verification before approving a return, exchange, replacement, store credit, or related support request.
This may include verifying the order number.
This may include verifying the customer account associated with the order, if applicable.
This may include verifying the shipping name or address.
This may include verifying the email address used for the order.
This may include verifying the payment details needed to confirm the transaction.
This may include photos or other documentation related to the request.
If we cannot reasonably verify the request, or if we identify suspected fraud, abuse, conflicting order details, or account misuse, we may delay, limit, or deny the request to the extent permitted by law.
6. Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items
For hygiene, safety, and compliance reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Opened mouthguards.
Opened groin protectors / protective cups.
Opened compression or undergarment-style items.
Any item marked Final Sale / Clearance.
Any item showing visible wear, odor, stains, washing, damage, or use.
If you are unsure whether an item qualifies, contact us before shipping it back.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include your order number.
Please include photos of the item.
Please include photos of the packaging.
Please include a photo of the shipping label.
If the issue is confirmed, we will determine an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, exchange, refund, or store credit, and we will cover shipping where appropriate.
8. Shipping for Returns & Exchanges
Customers are responsible for return shipping for change-of-mind, sizing preference, or misordered items.
If the return or exchange is due to our error or a confirmed defect, we will work with you to cover shipping where appropriate.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. Combat Supply Co. is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
If a package is returned, undeliverable, delayed, or misrouted because the customer provided incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information, including saved account information, we are not responsible for resulting delays or added costs.
Reasonable shipping-related charges may be deducted or collected where permitted by law and applicable policy.
9. Processing Timeline
Once an eligible return arrives, returns are typically inspected within 3 business days of arrival.
Refunds, store credit, or approved exchange processing are typically completed within 1 business day after inspection approval.
Banks, card issuers, and payment providers may take additional time to post refunds.
If account verification, fraud review, inventory confirmation, or order verification is reasonably necessary, processing may take longer.
10. Denied Returns
If a returned item fails inspection or otherwise does not meet eligibility requirements, we will notify you.
We may hold the item for 14 days while you provide a prepaid return label or instructions.
If we do not receive instructions or a label within 14 days, the item may be donated or disposed of.
A denied return does not entitle the customer to a refund, exchange, or store credit.
11. Missing / Lost Packages
If tracking shows Delivered but you did not receive the package, verify the shipping address used for the order.
Check with neighbors, household members, building staff, or the carrier.
Allow 24-48 hours in case of a premature delivery scan.
Contact us within 48 hours of the marked delivery.
Orders marked delivered by the carrier are generally considered fulfilled.
Replacements, refunds, exchanges, or credits are not guaranteed and may be limited or denied in cases of repeated claims, unverifiable reports, incorrect address information, or suspected abuse.
